These stories were first written for the newsletter of a local environmental organization, the North and South Rivers Watershed Association. I am happy to be able to offer them to the world at large - I hope you enjoy them.
What Is It?
This section contains a series of pictures taken with a scanning electron microscope. Can you tell what you are looking at?
Life is a struggle, and all creatures great and small have evolved fantastic ways to survive in this struggle. It is not necessary to travel to exotic places to enjoy nature.
